Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in positive interactions with pet families and provide customer service
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
- Gather and accurately document pet's medical information, schedule appointments, and provide compassionate end-of-life care
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or minimal peer interactions
- Punctuality and attendance for the entire duration of the shift
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
