Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in positive interactions with pet families and provide customer service
  • Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment
  • Gather and accurately document pet's medical information, schedule appointments, and provide compassionate end-of-life care
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software and other programs
  • Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or minimal peer interactions
  • Punctuality and attendance for the entire duration of the shift
  • Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment
