Veterinary Care Representative

Job Summary

Supporting pet parents and veterinary practices, the full-time Veterinary Care Representative will provide compassionate customer service remotely, managing appointment scheduling and addressing inquiries while occasionally visiting local practices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from pet parents, veterinary practices, pharmacies, and vendors
• Schedule and manage wellness, sick, surgical, and urgent appointments
• Conduct follow-ups and outreach for prior medical requests and authorizations

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary or related industry experience
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, virtual call center environment
• Comfort using multiple computer systems and navigating online resources
• Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass a background check
