Job Summary

To support customer service operations remotely, the full-time hourly Veterinary Care Specialist will provide personalized care for pets and their owners, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations and excellent communication with clients and veterinarians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication via phone, text, and email regarding billing, delivery, and medication inquiries
• Collaborate with veterinarians and pharmacy staff to facilitate timely prescription processing and address client needs
• Utilize multiple online systems to manage orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in veterinary care or the medical field
• Ability to learn and understand basic medication information and relevant regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a passion for pets and their owners
