Job Summary

Seeking compassionate individuals, the full-time and part-time Veterinary Care Specialist will manage high-volume inbound calls, providing empathetic support to pet families regarding end-of-life care and scheduling appointments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotionally charged conversations related to in-home euthanasia, hospice care, and quality-of-life concerns
• Deliver exceptional customer service through thoughtful interactions and accurately document pet and family information
• Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to ensure seamless support while meeting productivity and performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles, preferably in veterinary, hospice, or funeral settings
• Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection with the ability to perform a mandatory speed test
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms, including Google Workspace and scheduling systems
• Dependable and punctual with the ability to attend a mandatory 2-week training program at the start of employment
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment
