Job Summary
To support distribution services in the US, the full-time Veterinary Customer Engagement Representative will partner with Territory Managers on sales strategies, manage incoming orders and customer service inquiries, and initiate proactive outreach to enhance customer loyalty, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Territory Manager to maximize revenue through sales strategies for assigned accounts
- Handle incoming calls for sales orders and customer service issues while providing excellent support
- Initiate proactive communication with established accounts to grow sales revenue and customer loyalty
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
- 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center environment preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of animal health products and services
- Ability to effectively communicate in individual or group settings
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness to client needs
