Job Summary

To support distribution services, the full-time Veterinary Customer Engagement Representative will partner with Territory Managers on sales strategies, handle incoming calls for sales orders and customer service issues, and initiate proactive outreach to established accounts, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to maximize revenue from assigned and prospective accounts
  • Process sales orders and address customer service inquiries from assigned accounts
  • Conduct proactive outreach to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales revenue
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
  • One year of experience in a veterinary clinic or two years in an animal health call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of animal health products and services
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various situations
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building relationships and addressing needs
