Job Summary
To support distribution services in the US, the full-time Veterinary Customer Engagement Representative will partner with Territory Managers on sales strategies, handle customer service inquiries, and proactively grow sales revenue while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to maximize revenue through assigned and prospective accounts
- Manage incoming calls to process sales orders and address customer service issues
- Initiate proactive outreach to established accounts to enhance customer loyalty and sales growth
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field, or equivalent agricultural degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center environment preferred
- Proficiency in explaining and selling animal health products
- Ability to effectively communicate in individual or group settings
- Demonstrated customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency
