Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Training Specialist (Veterinary-Focused).

Key Responsibilities
  • Designs, develops, and delivers comprehensive training programs for customer service staff and leaders
  • Manages and maintains the Five9 contact center system to align with business needs
  • Conducts quality audits and collects training metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional training environment, with at least 2+ years in instructional design
  • Experience in a contact center environment with a focus on Five9 administration preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred, including a Life & Health or Property & Casualty insurance license
