Job Summary

Veterinary Customer Onboarding Specialist is a part-time hourly position responsible for assisting veterinary clinics with software setup, training, and data migrations to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinics in configuring software to meet their specific needs
• Manage data migrations from competitor platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or onboarding
• Proficiency in using software applications and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus
