Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative (Vet).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email, addressing troubleshooting and general use questions
  • Train customers on software features and additional services
  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer issues to senior teammates and management
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a veterinary setting
  • Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to work until 6 pm CST and be on call on weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
