Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative (Vet).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email, addressing troubleshooting and general use questions
- Train customers on software features and additional services
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer issues to senior teammates and management
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a veterinary setting
- Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work until 6 pm CST and be on call on weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
