Veterinary Equipment Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Procurement Specialist - Veterinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight quotes and procurement of equipment orders from various stakeholders
• Manage invoices, prepare purchase orders, and maintain equipment files
• Support equipment installation and track the entire cycle of equipment orders

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in general business or accounting, or 2-5 years equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to contribute positively to a team environment
• Efficient use of technology, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM
• 1-3 years of experience in the animal health field is preferred
