Veterinary Equipment Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the veterinary equipment life cycle, the full-time remote Veterinary Equipment Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, coordinate with sales and service departments, and oversee project planning for equipment orders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates freight quotes and manages procurement of equipment orders from various stakeholders
• Oversees invoicing, prepares purchase orders, and maintains equipment files while processing credits and returns
• Supports equipment installation and collaborates with service coordinators for resource and project planning

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in general business or accounting, or 2-5 years of equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft 365 and SAP CRM and ECC platforms
• Ability to contribute positively to a team environment and take initiative in skill development
