Veterinary Insurance Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIS Technician (Veterinary-Focused) to provide technical insurance support to various representatives and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update logs of renewal PIS business in the respective systems
• Send renewal solicitations to clients and handle communication with insurance carriers
• Process invoices, issue policies, and provide mid-term servicing of policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education
• Some insurance knowledge or coursework preferred (i.e., INS21, INS22, INS23)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
