Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pathologist to diagnose diseases in companion and laboratory animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose diseases by examining body tissues, fluids, and hematologic specimens
- Prepare pathology narrative reports and consult with veterinarians on test results
- Stay current on veterinary practices and participate in quality control programs
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Diplomat of American College of Veterinary Pathologists
- Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the respective state
