Job Summary

To support multiple veterinary practices, the full-time Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator will manage client outreach, appointment scheduling, and preventive care education while working primarily remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client outreach for assigned veterinary practices, focusing on preventive care compliance and appointment scheduling
• Educate clients on recommended veterinary services and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between veterinary clinics and clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally

Required qualifications

• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working across multiple technology platforms
• Experience in client service, appointment scheduling, or preventive care coordination
