Job Summary

To support multiple veterinary practices, the full-time Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator will manage client outreach, appointment scheduling, and preventive care communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client outreach for assigned veterinary practices to support preventive care compliance and appointment scheduling
• Educate clients on recommended veterinary services and conduct outreach through phone, text, and email
• Serve as the primary communication liaison for clinics, maintaining accurate documentation and navigating multiple technology platforms

Required qualifications

• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working across multiple technology platforms
• Ability to handle challenging client conversations with professionalism
• Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal health environment is preferred
