Job Summary

To support a growing network of veterinary practices, the full-time Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator will manage client outreach, appointment scheduling, and preventive care education while working primarily remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client outreach for assigned veterinary practices to support preventive care compliance and appointment scheduling
• Educate clients on recommended veterinary services and conduct follow-up communications via phone, text, and email
• Serve as the primary communication liaison for clinics, maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and supporting clinic workflows
