Veterinary Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Veterinary Software - Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site rollouts of veterinary software, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction are met
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, tracking progress and reporting results
• Manage resources and conduct periodic reviews to identify necessary adjustments across multiple active projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Project Coordination or Management experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Experience in SaaS onboarding delivery preferred
• Experience within the Veterinary industry preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms beneficial
