Veterinary Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Veterinary Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the Product team and veterinary customers, managing cross-functional projects, advising on clinic workflows, and supporting product launches to enhance operational efficiency in veterinary practices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on veterinary workflows to validate product decisions and enhance user experience
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring organization and timely execution from planning to completion
• Manage external partnerships, serving as the primary contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic
• Experience in a software or technology company strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and practice management systems
• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
