Veterinary Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative veterinary software solutions, the full-time Veterinary Project Manager will collaborate with Product Managers and external partners, manage cross-functional projects, and advise on veterinary clinic operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on veterinary workflows to validate product decisions and enhance user experience
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring organization and timely execution from planning to completion
• Manage external partnerships, serving as the primary contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic
• Experience working in a software or technology company strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and practice management systems
• Experience leading projects or coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
