Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and planning initiatives to meet operational and financial goals
• Conduct data analysis to identify vendor and inventory opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tailored solutions for inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management, preferably in veterinary medicine
• Minimum of 2-4 years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of demand and forecast planning models
• Hands-on experience with SQL and advanced data tools is preferred
