Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts in veterinary services.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles within the hospitals
- Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A passion for pets and people, with a bonus for experience in the veterinary or healthcare field
