Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts in veterinary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles within the hospitals
  • Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A passion for pets and people, with a bonus for experience in the veterinary or healthcare field
