Job Summary

Supporting and optimizing veterinary software applications, the full-time remote Practice Management Systems Support Specialist will provide advanced technical assistance for practice management systems, coordinate software conversions, and enhance integrations while collaborating with hospital teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for veterinary practice management systems and troubleshoot application issues
• Coordinate software conversions, project timelines, and stakeholder communication while assisting with new hospital implementations
• Support third-party integrations and assist with database migrations and configuration changes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting veterinary practice management systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills in software and technical environments
• Experience coordinating projects, implementations, or system conversions
• Understanding of veterinary hospital workflows and operations
• Experience working with software vendors and cross-functional teams
