Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage veterinarians and key hospital support staff
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates and engage talent for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize CRM/ATS platforms to track candidate activity and analyze sourcing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare recruiting
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
• Strong proficiency with CRM and/or ATS systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and levels
• A genuine passion for the veterinary industry and building high-performing teams
