Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming cases regarding potential toxic exposures and provide accurate medical information to pet owners
• Document each case in an electronic record and follow up to ensure animal well-being
• Manage cases under pressure while communicating with pet owners in distress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic/hospital as a veterinary technician/assistant
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software
• Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical operations
• Commitment to a 4-6 week paid training process with no scheduling conflicts
