Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and understand hiring needs with hospital leaders
• Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles while maintaining candidate pipelines
• Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and coordinate onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment
• A passion for pets and people, with veterinary or healthcare experience as a bonus
