Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research
Strong understanding of Boolean search strategies and online research techniques
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management software
Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Sheets
