Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle or strategic sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare or veterinary sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and maintaining large pipelines of passive candidates
• Proven ability to source candidates using advanced techniques in tight labor markets
• Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering qualified candidate pipelines
• Bachelor's degree required
