Job Summary

To support a growing veterinary practice, the full-time Contract Veterinary Talent Sourcer will develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-quality candidates, conduct pre-screening processes, and utilize data-driven techniques to enhance recruitment efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality veterinary candidates
• Conduct thorough pre-screening processes and present candidate shortlists to recruiters and veterinary professionals
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sourcing efforts, including market trend feedback and search progress

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Workday is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment campaigns and achieve ambitious hiring goals
• Skilled in sourcing passive candidates using advanced techniques across various markets
