Job Summary

A company is looking for AIS Technical Support- Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client and technical support for veterinarian clinic customers utilizing Telemedicine services
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity problems affecting image transfer
Assist with software configuration and ensure solutions are tested and operational before concluding support calls

Required Qualifications and Education

2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent; RVT/LVT preferred
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a computer-related field preferred
Typically 2 years of computer service experience is helpful
Fluency in English is required
Computer-oriented aptitude necessary
