Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual TeleAdvice Support team member to provide veterinary care assistance remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate support via phone, video, SMS, or chat
  • Obtain pet histories and offer recommendations based on protocols
  • Manage medical records and complete administrative duties when not communicating with pet parents


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, preferably in ER and GP settings
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
  • Experience with triage or remote work preferred
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required
  • Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX and work EST hours
