VFD Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VFD Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Low Voltage Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) via phone and email, including commissioning and troubleshooting
• Assist customers with drive programming, parameter configuration, and integration with control systems
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex technical issues and maintain documentation of support cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant Electrical or Technical experience, or an associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives is required
• Firm understanding of electricity principles applicable to troubleshooting drives
• Must have work authorization to work in the US
