VHA Finance Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VHA Finance Subject Matter Expert to provide executive-level guidance and expertise in financial management and organizational design for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level guidance on aligning financial and human capital structures within VHA
• Serve as an advisor on complex organizational and financial management issues
• Analyze organizational structures and recommend improvements for financial performance and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal financial management or organizational design
• Demonstrated expertise in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Managerial Financial Reporting (MFR)
• In-depth knowledge of federal financial regulations and GAAP
• Proven experience in advising on organizational design initiatives in a federal environment
