Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, NA Airline Partnerships & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global airline strategy, including pricing structures and long-term partnership frameworks
• Lead complex airline negotiations to maximize commercial value and strategic alignment
• Act as the senior executive sponsor for airline relationships and represent the company in strategic forums

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in corporate travel or airline commercial strategy
• Deep understanding of airline economics, pricing, and distribution models
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading global, cross-cultural teams
