Vice President ASC Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations for its Wisconsin Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational, clinical, and financial performance management of ambulatory surgery centers
• Build and manage a cohesive ASC management team to deploy strategic and operational plans
• Develop and execute capital budgets and growth plans for existing and new surgery centers

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
• 5+ years in management roles within ambulatory surgery environments
• Experience with ambulatory surgery center operations and joint ventures
• Proven financial acumen and ability to manage complex stakeholder arrangements
