Vice President, BSA Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, BSA Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the BSA Officer in managing BSA and Fraud programs, including oversight of investigative and monitoring activities
• Support the development and execution of policies and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards, and participate in audit preparation and regulatory examinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in BSA/AML, OFAC, or Fraud risk management
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• CAMS or CFCS certification strongly preferred
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
