Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and expanding market presence, the full-time remote Vice President, Business Development will lead strategic client development across the Health Plan segment, focusing on originating and closing new business while enhancing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Health Plan market, including account prioritization and pipeline development
  • Build executive-level relationships with health plan decision-makers and identify new business opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Lead the sales process end to end, ensuring alignment of solutions with client objectives and managing contract execution
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or payer-related services
  • Demonstrated success in business development and consultative solution selling
  • Proven track record of leading complex sales pursuits and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities
  • Ability to engage with senior client executives and translate market needs into commercial solutions
  • Strong commercial judgment and disciplined approach to pipeline management
