Job Summary
Driving revenue growth in the Health Plan market, the remote Vice President, Business Development will develop and execute a focused growth strategy, build executive-level relationships, and lead complex sales pursuits across a portfolio of advisory and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Health Plan market, including target account prioritization and pipeline development
- Build and expand relationships with health plan decision-makers across various functions
- Lead the sales process end to end, including opportunity framing, proposal direction, and contract execution
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or payer-related services
- Proven success in business development and consultative solution selling
- Experience leading complex sales pursuits and closing multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Ability to engage with senior client executives and translate market needs into commercial solutions
- Strong commercial judgment and disciplined approach to pipeline management
