Job Summary
Leading major business processes in a fully remote capacity, the Vice President Business Transformation will drive transformation initiatives, partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, and implement innovative, data-driven solutions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Leads transformation initiatives to support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact
- Partners with divisional and functional leaders to focus on high-value, enterprise-critical initiatives
- Designs and delivers transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Required qualifications
- Ten years of related experience in business transformation, including several years in a management role
- Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments
- Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) is highly preferred
