Job Summary

Leading the enterprise strategy for care delivery innovation, the full-time remote Vice President Care Delivery Innovation will manage the development and execution of care models, oversee innovation platforms, and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve enterprise targets in healthcare transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Set and refine enterprise direction for care delivery innovation by translating market signals and performance insights into strategic priorities
• Own the care innovation enablement platform strategy and oversee the portfolio of care innovation initiatives to ensure consistent adoption and measurable outcomes
• Lead clinical care labs and pilots to test and scale new care models, ensuring solutions are clinically valid and human-centered

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS)
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare transformation and care delivery innovation
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale innovation portfolios or transformation programs
• Deep understanding of clinical operations and care delivery model design
• 5+ years of experience leading large cross-functional teams with executive-level influence
