Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, North America Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the North America channel sales strategy, focusing on partner investment prioritization
  • Own and deliver North America channel-sourced ARR targets, ensuring accurate bookings and forecasts
  • Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers to establish a high-performance culture


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 6 years in channel or indirect sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling indirect sales organizations contributing to ARR growth
  • Familiarity with North America enterprise automation software partner ecosystems
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing channel sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in managing complex forecasts and partner KPIs
