Job Summary

To drive partner-sourced pipeline creation and revenue growth, the full-time remote Vice President Channel Sales will manage and optimize Azul's global channel infrastructure, including recruiting and enabling key partners while collaborating with regional sales leaders and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing a global team of Channel Account Managers and overseeing channel operations and marketing efforts
  • Delivering on partner-sourced ACV bookings targets and new logo acquisition goals
  • Building and overseeing Azul's Global Channel Program, including systems, reporting, and partner onboarding
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in channel sales, with at least 5 years managing global teams across multiple regions
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sectors such as SaaS, DevOps, or Application Performance Management
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and partner tracking
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience in partner enablement tools
