Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Global Client Delivery Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reshape and standardize the Client Delivery Executive (CDE) organization's structure
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to define long-term strategies for revenue and margin growth
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives from key clients and oversee financial performance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the IT Services industry
• CDE management background and experience
• Proven track record of collaboration in a matrix organization
