Job Summary
Leading a team dedicated to client satisfaction, the full-time Vice President Client Relations will manage high-volume clients, oversee departmental policies, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and monitor activities of the Client Relations staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage departmental policies and oversee client billing processes while ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff, facilitating solutions to client-related issues and participating in management discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years of experience in Client Relations within mortgage servicing or banking
- 5+ years of managerial and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing/banking laws and practices, including FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
