Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Client Success Partner - BFSI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a specialized client portfolio across the BFSI vertical and nurture client relationships to grow a profitable book of business
  • Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and client needs while maintaining profitable growth
  • Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies, collaborating with various teams to deliver on client goals


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry
  • In-depth knowledge of customer experience with BFSI clients
  • Experience in sales processes, contact center operations, and financial metrics of successful service delivery
  • Proven ability to influence and manage within matrix organizations
  • Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced environment
