Vice President, Clinical AI Engineering
Job Summary
To unify Clinical AI and Interoperability capabilities across Cigna Group, the full-time salaried Vice President, Clinical AI Engineering will manage the multi-year roadmap, capital allocation, and delivery outcomes while leading a distributed organization focused on AI-first solutions and enterprise interoperability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the U.S. Employer AI and Interoperability roadmap, including strategy and platform investment decisions
- Serve as the primary executive voice for AI strategy and progress across various leadership and client forums
- Lead the delivery of AI-first solutions and establish an AI-native operating model for the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years of core engineering leadership experience with GenAI and Clinical AI strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
- Proven experience in building and scaling AI-first technology capabilities
- Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data ecosystems
