Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify regulatory and compliance issues, design and implement policy changes
- Serve as subject matter expert on forms, rules, filing procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Institute and manage a comprehensive compliance review program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in property & casualty insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance laws and regulations
- Ability to provide management with current information on compliance standards
- Continuing education and professional certifications in insurance regulatory compliance
