Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify regulatory and compliance issues, design and implement policy changes
  • Serve as subject matter expert on forms, rules, filing procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • Institute and manage a comprehensive compliance review program

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in property & casualty insurance industry
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance laws and regulations
  • Ability to provide management with current information on compliance standards
  • Continuing education and professional certifications in insurance regulatory compliance
