Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Compliance & Privacy Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's compliance program, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and relevant laws
• Educate stakeholders on compliance importance and provide tailored training
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on compliance with changing laws

Required Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of relevant business or compliance experience
• 5+ years in compliance leadership roles within the healthcare industry
• Certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or willingness to obtain within the first year
• Deep understanding of federal and state healthcare and privacy laws, including HIPAA
• Superior attention to detail to identify compliance gaps and risks
