Vice President, Construction Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Construction & Design-Build.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for construction and design-build delivery aligned with organizational goals
• Own construction execution standards and drive adoption of construction technology to improve safety and productivity
• Build and manage pools of construction professionals and promote a strong safety culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in construction and/or design-build for complex facilities
• 7+ years in senior construction leadership roles managing large or multi-site portfolios
• Demonstrated success in implementing construction standards and safety programs
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, risk, and subcontractor management
