Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships within consulting and brokerage firms to enhance Alight's credibility in the leaves and disability market
• Drive indirect revenue growth by leveraging consultant relationships and translating them into measurable business impact
• Provide market intelligence and thought leadership to shape Alight's positioning and influence employer decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in consultant relations or benefits sales within the leaves, absence, or disability sectors
• Proven ability to influence revenue growth through consultant and broker channels
• Strong executive presence and credibility with practitioners and subject matter experts
• Strategic mindset with strong judgment and business acumen
